What is my obligation as an Employer?
California employers are required to engage in an interactive, problem-solving
accommodations process - including consultation with qualified
experts where necessary, with their disabled employees to identify
and implement effective accommodations. In the interactive process,
neither the employer nor the employee may determine the appropriate
accommodation without the benefit of fully informed and objective
expert opinion.
Why Utilize Focus On Intervention’s Employer Assistance Services?
- Qualified experts trained in determining what accommodations
are necessary to enable the employee to perform identified jobs.
- Focus
